Preparation

Postcards and mini prints can be sent as standard mail without tracking. Delivery will be made to your mailbox, like a regular letter. This means there is no way to track the product and therefore no compensation can be claimed for loss. If you wish to add tracking to these products, you can select this option during the checkout process.

Shipping Time

When placing your order and choosing your shipping method, you will see the estimated delivery time, which depends on your location.

Important

Shipping without tracking does not allow for tracking or claims. It is sent as a regular letter and delivered to your mailbox, so no claims can be made and there is no compensation for loss. By selecting shipping without tracking, you agree to these conditions.

Orders are prepared within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is an additional 2-3 business days via Correos (standard service). In total, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days.

OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

We carry out local production in 129 production centers across 33 countries. This way, orders are received faster, there are no potential customs fees, and carbon emissions are reduced. It's a more sustainable and local way to ship.

Delivery time depends on the product ordered, the printer's location, the destination country, the order size, and the status of the distribution network. You can see the estimated shipping time when placing your order.

Order Tracking

Shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and product type, and are shown in detail before finalizing the purchase.
