The reticulated giraffe has one of the most beautiful patterns in all of nature. I really wanted to capture that characteristic geometry in an illustration. I think the light blue background makes the giraffe's earthy tones stand out. Whether you're decorating a child's room or looking to add an elegant and modern touch to your entryway or office, this print fits wonderfully.

If you need the background in another color to match your animal mural or decor, write to me and we'll adapt it without a problem.

A curious fact: Giraffes' tongues are dark blue or black due to their high concentration of melanin. It acts as a natural sunscreen to prevent their tongues from getting sunburned while they spend hours eating under the sun.
